I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord , who made heaven and earth.

May we never cease looking to the maker of heaven and earth for our help. May we dwell securely in the knowledge as surely as the sun will rise over the hills, so too our help will come from the Lord.
